The Incubator is the spiritual home of Fixation Brewery - the place where lovers of lupilin can try the freshest of IPAS; a place for us to develop and experiment with new, “hoppy” ideas. Fixation launched to make one thing- the best IPA possible! They are obsessed with great IPA’S. Some would call it a Fixation…. So they did! Since they have opened they have had over 50 new beers and 80 fresh batches! They are all about freshness here! They only do beers in small batches. This makes it so the beer doesn’t sit in stock and and get heat deterioration. All of the bees here is cold stored from brewery to hand!
