Mandatory Tasks
Do or Die
In true party spirit, we’ve given each team a balloon to look after for the entire race. If your balloon survives the duration of the race and crosses the finish line intact your team will be awarded a 10 minute time deduction! (note - sabotage is allowed!)
Solve this rebus clue and seek out your host! If you fail to complete this you will be disqualified!
(Hint: To solve the puzzle, identify what each image represents and then add, subtract or replace the letters from each other to reveal the name of your destination)
Penalty Tasks
Do or suffer a time penalty
Treat yourself to a well earned drink at a pub or cafe of your choice and complete the envelope challenge in your Race Kit. At the venue, get a team photo holding your completed pub quiz for a successfully completed challenge.
If you fail to send the team picture with your completed quiz you’ll receive a 20 minute penalty. You will receive a 1 minute penalty per incorrect or unanswered question.
Get one member of your team to find a street sign or pole and do a pole dance move to the song “Baby One More time!” Bonus points if another member of your team can throw some cash at them!
If you fail to complete this you will receive a 10 minute penalty
Oh, we do like to be beside the seaside! Head to the beach - it’s time to put your creativity to the test! You are tasked with creating a cheeky hens-themed sand sculpture! Take a picture of your masterpiece and send it to us! Failure to do this will result in a 15 minute penalty.
Pretend to ring a friend in a crowded location and do a drunk “I love you” phone call building up their self esteem. Your script must include things such as “NO, NO NO, LISTEN TO ME, YOU ARE GORGEOUS. G-O-U-R-S! Gorgeous. Anyone who tells you otherwise is WRONG! R-O-N!”. “If they don’t let the dog kiss you on the lips before they do, THAT’S NOT YOUR GUY!”. Failure to do this will result in a 10 minute penalty.
Recreate this classic Baywatch scene with a mix of your team and at least 2 members of the public! Send it to your host for proof! Failure to do this will result in a 10 minute penalty!
Bonus Tasks!
Do and turn back time - Cher style!
GET A ROOM! We have included an EXTRA BALLOON in your folder. Your challenge is to choose ONE of these three karma sutra poses and get two members of your team to put the balloon in at the point of contact and film yourselves somewhere private popping it in this position for a 10 minute deduction!
Time to get the public involved! For a 15 minute time deduction, Head to some steps and get at least 4 members of the public - on video - to join your team in a viral Tiktok dance move OR 20-second conga line.
Find a fruit & veg store and bring back the naughtiest looking fruit priced under $5. Your AmazingCo host will judge and award a 10 minute deduction to the team with the naughtiest looking fruit!
Find this small statue below and take a cheeky selfie with it and send it to your hosts for proof! Failure to do this will result in a 5 minute deduction.
Head to a bar and buy yourself a drink. Film a member of your team convincing someone that they’re French. If you sound convincing enough, you will get 5 minutes deducted!
Now it’s time to find a guy to fake a proposal scene! Film and send it to your host for a 5 minute deduction! He best be on one knee!
