Mandatory Tasks
Do or Die
In true party spirit, we’ve given each team a balloon to look after for the entire race. If your balloon survives the duration of the race and crosses the finish line intact your team will be awarded a 10 minute time deduction! (note - sabotage is allowed!)
Use the riddle below to seek out your host and first mandatory location to unlock your next challenge! If you fail to complete this you will be disqualified!
Penalty Tasks
Do or suffer a time penalty
What better way to settle a debate than a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors! Nominate one member of your team to take on a member of the public in a classic Rock, Paper, Scissors Showdown (best of 3 wins)! If you lose, you must nominate another team member to play. Repeat this until you win! Be sure to send video evidence to your host or face a 10 minute penalty.
Seek these steps and take a creative team selfie! If you fail to complete this you will receive a 15 minute penalty. Whilst in this area locate a host and collect a BONUS envelope for your chance to earn back some time!
Can you get the following objects all in one photo? Failure to do this will result in a 10 minute penalty.
When was your last exotic vacation?! Take a team selfie with a foreign currency coin or bill! Failure do so will result in a 5 minute penalty.
Treat yourself to a well earned drink at a pub or cafe of your choice and complete the envelope challenge in your Race Kit. At the venue, get a team photo holding your completed pub quiz (with the answers!) for a successfully completed challenge.
If you fail to send the team picture with your completed quiz you’ll receive a 20 minute penalty. You will receive a 1 minute penalty per incorrect or unanswered question.
Bonus Tasks!
Do and turn back time - Cher style!
Recreate ONE of these famous movie scenes with your team members for a time deduction! We love a good laugh so bonus minutes deducted for the most creative!

Send the answer to this riddle to your host to receive a 10 minute deduction
Plank challenge! A member of your team must hold a plank position in the most obscure place they can find (see below for an example)! Snap a pic for proof for a 5 minute time deduction.
To deduct 10 minutes from your total race time, everyone on your team must cross the finish line linked with an item of clothing! (Check in with your host for these finish line details, there may be a Roadblock... )
