At the start of your race, download the application: Step Tracker - Pedometer Free on one team members phone team. When the race finishes, you must immediately screenshot your total steps to your host. The team with the most steps at the end of the race wins a point.

Costume swap!! Find a public toilet - it’s time for every team member to swap over an item of clothing! Now all you have to do is take a hilarious team picture of you all pulling your best model/popband poses!

Fancy yourself a foodie quizmaster?

FIVE

Time to get groovin’ and bust a move. Recreate and film a Tik Tok Dance! Your dance must be at least 10 seconds long, include at least 3 different moves and involve your whole team. If you’re not very familiar with Tik Tok - try this one!

Time to search your neighbourhood for the ultimate poser! Find a local statue and get a team selfie.

SEVEN

Who’s good at handstands in your team? Find a grassy area (safety comes first!) and nominate the best handstander on your team to do their longest handstand. Film it! You’re competing against the other teams so go for gold!

EIGHT

We’re sure you’re flying through these challenges, so get ready to put that to the test. Make a paper plane, show it off to the camera and film it flying at least 4 metres.

NINE

Time to get a little creative! As a team, make up a song about FLYING - and film it! One at a time, starting with the person with the longest hair and finishing with the shortest, each person must sing one line of the FLYING song. A point for completing and a bonus for the song declared the host favourite!

Yesterday, I’m sure these challenges seemed so far away.. Take a photo at a quiet street crossing of your team members recreating the Beatles’ famous album cover, Abbey Road.

Nominate someone’s knee! Find a pen and turn that knee into a famous person! Text it through to your host and if they guess who it is you earn a bonus point!
