Tsoureki is a traditional sweet bread commonly eaten around easter,
in not only Greece, but anywhere in the world where there are Greek communities.
The name varies depending on the region it is produced in and it’s also commonly
known as Pascha bread, Labropsomo or Labrokoulouro.
