Getting lost isn’t always fun, but getting lost with someone special can definitely be romantic!

Now that your back on land, let’s discover some hidden gems! As you’re facing away from the water, make a RIGHT towards Federation Square. Take a stroll along the water and once you pass Evan Walker Bridge, make a LEFT towards the Pedestrian walkway under the railway tracks.

Make a RIGHT on Flinders Street and look for one of Melbourne's most famous laneways, Degraves Street.

Continue heading down Degraves Street. Take some time to explore the array of tiny shops, hole-in-the wall cafes and European-style restaurants crammed along its hundred-metre length. So very Melbourne! 

Once you’ve reached Flinders Lane keep heading straight into Centre Place!

Originally called Cummings Alley until 1915, Centre Place is just a few metres wide and half a city block in length. Everywhere you look, there’s something to discover! 

Continue down until you reach Collins Street and make a left. Make a quick right through the Block Arcade and once you exit onto Little Collins Street turn right. 

Keep an eye out for a tiny street called Howey Place on your right. Head on through and enter one of Melbourne’s most hidden yet surprising laneways, Presgraves Place.

Down this basic alley you will find some of the best artwork around. Find your favourite frame and capture the moment!

Once your done posing for the camera, make your way back onto Howey Place and make a right onto Little Collins Street. Once you pass Swanston Street you will see one of Melbourne’s oldest flower shops on the right hand side which is your next destination!
