Welcome!

Now that you’ve successfully completed your first challenge, you’ve got to get moving. 

You’ll find a mix of penalty challenges and bonus tasks. Be prepared for a few surprises along the way too!

The goal is to complete the AmazingCo Race and reach the finish line in the shortest amount of time.

It’s a game of strategy. Completing our bonus tasks can reduce a team’s total time significantly, so crossing the finish line first doesn’t necessarily guarantee a team the gold medal. 

And finally

You must stick together throughout the race or face severe penalties! 

Text your completed tasks to your AmazingCo host as you go.

Mandatory Tasks

Do or Die

In true party spirit, we’ve given each team a balloon to look after for the entire race. If your balloon survives the duration of the race and crosses the finish line intact your team will be awarded a 10 minute time deduction! (Sabotage is allowed...)
Solve the riddle and seek out your hosts! This is a mandatory challenge, so if you fail to complete this you will be disqualified!

Penalty Tasks

Do or suffer a time penalty

Melbournian’s love a cocktail - solve these cocktail anagrams and get a picture of a team member drinking the one with the most ingredients. Failure to do this will result in a 10 minute penalty.
 
 
Ready to experience a blast from the past? Take a photo of a team member holding a tech item from the past eg. flip phone, cassette, CD player, tamagotchi. Failure to do this will result in a 10 minute penalty.
Roam the famous laneways of Melbourne and you’ll find Kim Kardashian West. Snap a pic of her with two team mates doing a reenactment and striking their best Kimmy K pose! Failure do so will result in a 10 minute penalty.
Treat yourself to a well-earned drink at a pub of your choice and complete the quiz in your Race Kit. At the venue, get a team photo holding your challenge sheet for a successfully completed challenge. If you fail to send the team photo you’ll receive a 20 minute penalty. You will receive a 1 minute penalty per incorrect or unanswered question.
Everyone on your team must cross the finish line wearing a fake moustache! Failure to do so will result in a 10 minute penalty.
 

Bonus Tasks!

Do to turn back the time - Cher style!

Recreate ONE of these iconic television scenes! Time deductions will be awarded depending on the creativity and accuracy of the shot! (You may need to recruit a couple of new team members or head to a rooftop bar...)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Nominate someone’s knee or elbow! Find a pen and turn that knee or elbow into a famous person! Text it through to your host, if they guess the name you'll get a 5 minute time deduction.   
Time to rally up the public! For a 15 minute time deduction, head to a crowded area and get at least 4 members of the public - on video - to join your team in a viral Tiktok dance move OR conga line.

Someone can't spell! Spot the rogue letters to reveal your end location!
