River Quay Green has a spectacular view across the river to the city and is a stunning place for a picnic day or night. The Green hosts events and free live music throughout the year, including Sunday Sessions, and is a fantastic place to spend time with friends or family and just watch the world go by. It’s also licensed from 10am - 8pm daily, so we think it’s the perfect place to end your mystery picnic adventure.
While you are at the River Quay Green make sure you check out Picnic Island which has more shade and some more picnic tables!

Points Of Interest
The Nepalese Peace Pagoda was originally brought to Brisbane for Expo 88 and has been kept as the Parklands developed around it. Featuring 80 tonnes of hand-carved Nepalese timber and it took 160 Nepalese families 2 years to build. Once you’ve wandered through the lower level make sure to walk along the rainforest walk to find some peace away from the bustling parklands.
The Brisbane sign is a popular photo site, with big, colourful letters spelling the citys name!
