Mandatory Tasks
Do or Die
In true party spirit, we’ve given each team a balloon to look after for the entire race. If your balloon survives the duration of the race and crosses the finish line intact your team will be awarded a 10 minute time deduction! (note - sabotage is allowed!)
Solve the below to find the location of your next host and get one step closer to the finish line! If you fail to complete this you will be disqualified!
Penalty Tasks
Do or suffer a time penalty
Snap a selfie of your whole team with the number 70 tram!
If you fail to complete this you will receive a 15 minute penalty
Treat yourself to a well earned drink at a pub or cafe of your choice and complete the envelope challenge in your Race Kit. At the venue, get a team photo holding your completed pub quiz for a successfully completed challenge.
If you fail to send the team picture with your completed quiz you’ll receive a 20 minute penalty. You will receive a 1 minute penalty per incorrect or unanswered question.
Fit all your team members into the smallest space possible and take a picture. Failure to do this will result in a 5 minute penalty.
Stage a flying broom photo — one person must appear to be mid-air on a “broom” (can be a stick, mop, etc.). Failure to do this will result in a 10 minute penalty.
When was your last exotic vacation?! Take a team selfie with a foreign currency coin or bill! Failure do so will result in a 10 minute penalty
Bonus Tasks!
Do and turn back time - Cher style!
Recreate ONE of these famous movie scenes with two team members for a time deduction! We love a good laugh so bonus minutes deducted for the most creative!
Create and film a new greeting action that functions as an alternative to a handshake! It must include at least three different moves - get creative! Text it through to your host and the best one will be awarded a 10 min deduction!
Using only items in your bag or pockets, build the tallest freestanding tower. Take a photo of your creation before it falls and send to your host for a 15 minute time deduction!
Make one team member look like they’re climbing a building King Kong–style using only camera angles and your surroundings. Send a photo to your host. Best picture will get a 15 minute deduction.
