Create An Insta-Worthy Platter
At Home Tasting Experience
What you’ll need
A platter or board
2-3 small dishes or ramekins
2-4 types of cheese
2-3 types of crackers
2 types of fruit (eg grapes, cherries, strawberries, sliced pear)
1-2 types of antipasto (pickles, sundried tomatoes, olives etc)
2-3 dips, relishes, or pastes (eg quince paste)
1-3 types of cured meat
Step-by-Step Instructions
Note, if some participants have dietary requirements and are vegetarian or vegan please set aside a dedicated platter that caters for them and adjust the contents accordingly!

Build a green base using your spinach - sprinkle it across the platters, for that extra touch turn the spinach leaves the right way up!

Start with the dips, divvy out the dips into half the bowls

Next, fill the remaining bowls with pickles and place both the bowls of dip and pickles around your platters

Add on your fruit/berries, such as strawberries, cherries, grapes - whatever is in season, clustering them around your board

Now start laying out your cheese, cut it at an angle into asymmetrical pieces and lay them around your board - make sure you have a small piece of each and not just one large piece of a single kind

Next is your meat, tear the prosciutto, construct it into little twisted piles - then move onto salami etc in a similar way

If you have freshly baked bread cut up a bit of the bread and add it to the board

Add in a variety of crackers for colour and texture, stand them nicely - don’t give up on the details just yet!

We’re almost done and soon you can eat! Sprinkle the nuts, or anything else that’s still left over to fill all gaps
